Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. An application should be completed and returned with the non-refundable application fee.

Enrollment Fees:

Application Fee – One time fee due at the time of application.

Fall Enrollment Fee – Annual fee for each child enrolled.

Summer Activity Fee – for children enrolled in summer camp.

Assessment Fees:

Mt. Nebo charges for late payments, late pickups, returned checks or ACH, and declined credit cards.  A late payment fee will be assessed on Tuesdays for all tuitions not paid by COB Monday. See amounts on Tuition page.

Deposit

A deposit equal to one week’s tuition is required at the time of registration.  No spot is reserved until both application fee and deposit have been paid in full.  This deposit is refunded in the form of credit towards the last week of care if two weeks’ written notice is provided.  If notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

Tuition

Tuition will be billed every Friday. See current tuition. Payment will be due every Monday for that week of care.

Payments may be made through Tuition Express.  A late payment fee will be assessed on Tuesdays for all tuitions not paid by COB Monday.  To provide continuous care and education, please pay tuition on time.  Service could be interrupted if payment is not received.  Payments returned for insufficient funds will be charged an added fee.

Once you have been accepted at Mt. Nebo, we are pleased to welcome you to our community until you choose to move on.  The exception to that would be our specialty programs.  Examples of this could include Summer Camp, Prekindergarten or The Outdoor Classroom.

Families must have all paperwork completed before the first day of attendance.

*Before and after care rates are based on children attending school 5 days a week.  Should the state change how children are attending school, these rates will be reviewed.

** Full days mean that school is closed and care is needed between the times before and after care is used.

*** A Full week is for times when schools are closed for the entire week M-F.  Instead of charging a daily rate, we will charge the full week tuition for those that will be here for the entire week.
